Order Confirmation

After your order is received, we verify inventory availability with the manufacturer, supplier, or fulfillment partner before shipment. If an item is unavailable, backordered, or discontinued, we will notify you by email within 24–48 business hours.
Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after inventory availability has been confirmed.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Tracking information is generally provided within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Damaged Shipments
Please inspect all packages upon delivery.
If you notice visible damage to the packaging or product, please note the damage when signing for delivery and notify us as soon as possible.

Returns
