Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition
• In original packaging

Returns requested after 30 days from delivery may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

To start a return, email info07@onlinetreadmillforsale.com with your order number and reason. We will respond with return instructions within 24–48 business hours.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective — in which case we cover return shipping.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If applicable, this will be disclosed during the return authorization process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your financial institution may require additional processing time.

Order Cancellations

Orders canceled before shipment are processed at no charge. Orders canceled after processing or while in transit may be subject to a 20% restocking fee and applicable return shipping charges.
